Batch Rename

Rename batch of different types of files files, photos, pdfs, csv, etc  by pattern using a naming pattern — sequential numbers, a prefix or suffix, date stamps, or find-and-replace across existing filenames — instead of renaming each file individually by hand.

How to use it

Upload your batch of images, then define a naming pattern: a base name plus sequential numbering (e.g. product-01, product-02), or a find-and-replace rule applied to the existing filenames. Preview the full renamed list before committing. Download all files as a renamed batch.

FAQ

Does this also let me reorder images before numbering them?

Yes, drag to reorder the batch first — the sequential numbering follows whatever order the files are arranged in at export time.

Can I add a date stamp to filenames automatically?

Yes, a date token can be inserted into the naming pattern, using either today's date or a custom one you specify.

What if I only want to rename some files, not the whole batch?

Deselect any files you don't want included in the rename before generating the batch — unselected files download with their original names unchanged.

Does renaming affect the image content itself?

No, only the filename changes — pixel data, format, and dimensions are untouched.
